Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, no reason needed (right of withdrawal, Decree-Law 24/2014).

To start a return, write to support@3zebras.shop with your order number. We will send you the instructions and the return address by email. Returns sent without prior contact are not accepted.

Items must be as you received them: unworn, with tags, in the original packaging. Sale items have the same right of return.

Refund

Once we receive and check the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days at most. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective or wrong items.

Defective items

Check your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@3zebras.shop.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
