Products and stock

We work with small quantities by nature. When an item sells out, it rarely comes back. Photographs aim to represent each piece faithfully; small colour variations may occur between screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed after successful payment.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the delivery region and are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. More details in the Shipping policy.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to return any item (right of withdrawal). Full process in the Refund policy.

Errors and availability

We reserve the right to correct obvious price or description errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Intellectual property

Images, texts and the 3zebras brand may not be used without permission.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by Portuguese and European law.

Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. For consumer disputes you may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity, such as CNIACC (cniacc.pt) or your regional consumer arbitration centre. Electronic complaints book: livroreclamacoes.pt.
